The Oceanview Pavilion offers a variety of options for events ranging from 2 to 1,000 guests. We offer tiered Theater seating that accommodates 700 guests with a huge drop down screen perfect for corporate presentations. The seats can be retracted to allow for other set up styles such as classroom, banquet, or rock concert with 1,200 capacity standing room. We also have a conference room, 7 different breakout rooms as well as our beautiful outdoor Patio areas overlooking our bubbling stream. We offer the finest catering options with elegance in presentation and state of the art Multimedia and Audio Visual capability. We are the perfect location for any offsite meetings, concerts, trade shows, multimedia presentations, corporate parties, conferences, sales trainings, product launches or your company Holiday Party.

From Highway 1: Exit Hueneme Rd and turn left at the light. Continue on Hueneme Road and turn left onto Surfside Drive.
From 101: Exit Ventura Rd and follow it Westbound to the ocean. Ventura ends at Surfside Drive. Take a left onto Surfside Drive.
